Wedding Photos at Old Homestead Farm - Wilmington Wedding Photographer

When Cherish invited me to photograph this styled shoot at Old Homestead Farm, I was thrilled! It was a new-to-me venue, so I was excited to get to see it and meet the other vendors. The venue is perfect if you’re looking for one with a little rustic flair, but still bright and elegant. I think Joanna Gaines would approve ;) Plus, the grounds are gorgeous!!

We had a great team that put a lot of hard work into this shoot! I enjoyed working with each of them! Check them out and show them some love!

These photos in Old Homestead Farm’s bridal suite are some of my favorites! The light was beautiful, and Heather looked stunning - just look how incredibly blue her eyes are!!

We did a quick first-look with Heather and Steven! They had eloped a few months before, so it was fun for them to feel like they were a part of a day all for themselves!

This bouquet designed by Divine Inspirations was gorgeous!! I love the colors and varying textures!

The food was excellently made and plated by Steve of Diamond Food Enterprises! It looked AMAZING!!

Old Homestead Farm’s fireplace is a beautiful addition to the space. Not only are fireplaces cozy (and I LOVE all things cozy), but the mantle is the perfect for backdrop for photos, tying everything together to show off your vision for your day! The romantic candles, soft florals, and draping greenery pulls everything together and makes an excellent focal point! Divine Inspirations did a beautiful job styling this fireplace!

Another highlight of Old Homestead Farm is the spiral staircase. It’s unique and fun! There are many ways to style it (like the greenery Cherish added!), and it leads up to a loft that creates a fun element for guests. I love venues that offer a variety of spaces for guests to explore and enjoy!

Speaking of guest experience, another element to consider is furniture rentals! They add a unique, cozy touch that guests love! Relic Vintage Rentals offers a wide variety of furniture sets that I’ve been impressed by! Even if you aren’t getting married, you should look at her site just for fun :)
